Granite Peak

Granite Peak is a metonym that refers both to the physical location where Project SANDMAN is headquartered and the concept of the “people in charge" – the mysterious governing body that directs the Project’s activities throughout the United States and the world. It takes its name from Granite Peak Installation, a former biological weapons testing site that occupies about 250 square miles of the Dugway Proving Ground a few hours outside Salt Lake City, Utah.
