URIEL has access to a fleet of government vehicles, including unmarked vans, faux ambulances, official-looking town cars, and heavy-duty pickup trucks. Still, it’s California. Everyone’s gotta have a car.
Genevieve Abeille drives a 1970 Toyota 2000GT, a car built for a classy lady, but not someone afraid to show vulnerability, display a tough front just for its own sake, or shy away from the unconventional.
Mitch Hort has always driven a chocolate brown 1972 VW Beetle. When Marshall asked him about that choice, he said his mother’s parents drove a VW Beetle, in a tone that suggested Marshall would understand what that meant.
Roger Martin drives a 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle SS with an LS6 engine. Regarding by car enthusiasts as the “ultimate muscle car,” Hot Rod magazine described the Chevelle as “one of the brutes.”
Jocasta Menos drives a 1972 AMC Javelin with custom Pierre Cardin interior. With its sleek design, adjustable steering wheel, and a roomy interior, the Javelin is a reimagined sports car for modern urban living.
Archie Ransom drives a 1971 Dodge Monaco station wagon – luxurious but sensible, bold but tasteful, elegant but dependable, a family vehicle for a family man with a bit of a ... wild streak.
Marshall Redgrave owns a black 1972 Cadillac de Ville as well as a 1971 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow. The latter includes one of those new fangled radiotelephones. He does not generally drive himself anywhere; Dave Rocco takes care of his cars and acts as a chauffer.
