Jolly West

Psychiatrist, Air Force Corpsman, and one of the principal researchers involved in — and players behind — Project MK-ULTRA. His work on hypnosis and brainwashing is considered pioneering in certain parts. Since 1969, he has operated under cover as chair of psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine, and the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute.

He is the station chief for SANDMAN’s Los Angeles operation, codenamed MORNINGSTAR, and one of the members of the Continuity Working Group’s Steering Committee. He suffered a minor cardiac event during Operation ALLOCHTHON after witnessing Marshall shoot himself in the head and Mitch causing Anthony Reinhardt to combust with his mind.
